The magical version to accompany a new mundane as always, this one is specifically geared to ruin a caster’s day.
Made for diverse play, it straddled the line between a Rare and Very Rare item ending up at a Major Tier Rare after some debate. I hope, as with many of my items, that it inspires some interesting tactics as well as planning.
As always, I cherish input but if you could actively try to break the game with this for feedback and testing it would be much appreciated
