This is another item that I had been waiting to take down to the studs and try again.
I always felt it had so much potential but the crunched timeline of creation played it a bad hand. So I took today’s warm-up and combined it with some redraws, this was the result. Cleaning up a bit of the Stunned language so it falls in line more with official content.
I think more of the intended effect shines through now, and it looks a bit prettier. As always the ability to swing the DC and other effective methods of recharging make it a great option for varied play.
