Greetings All!

Back at it with some big changes! Your last month contribution helped me purchase these new fonts, so I truly hope you enjoy the cleaner and easier to read look! That change and transferring computers has given me quite a delay but catching up as we go!

As for the Item! I had this in the works for a while but the issue was balancing and wording. It’s not easy handing a Ranger and Rail Gun and wishing them well.Keeping with some of the adaptations recommended from Reddit for another Item, and some extra explanations below here.

Object Interaction: Pretty much a Free Action, but limited to 1. Without taking the Reaction of Bonus Action for the Activation.
Unseen Target: while this is handled differently at tables, the user can still aim at the wrong square missing entirely or take disadvantage on the correct square. Lot to unpack but the rules reference is quite key.
