Temptation's Ballad: Hotfix 0.2.5.6 (April 15th, 2025)

Hello folks! Here to drop off a Temptation's Ballad hotfix with a lot of QOL fixes for minor errors that have stuck in the VN. The biggest fix is for the bug where character sprite animations could get interrupted by the reader skipping dialogue or clicking too quickly, resulting in situations like Artemi ascending into the skybox or Sidd planking horizontally for the rest of the scene.

There's also a lot of back-end cleanup in the code for loads of miscellaneous errors that the VN has accumulated over the years. Most readers probably won't notice the fixes, but it took a long time to go through each and every one so I hope it's worth it in the end ;w;/

Changelog:

• Combed through the entire VN fixing instances where sprite animations could be interrupted by the reader skipping dialogue or clicking too quickly, causing unfortunate scenes like the one below. I've checked through every single scene in the VN to fix them one-by-one and I think I got them all, but let me know if you run into any I missed ;w;/

• 

• Massive sprite animation pass for Chapter 3. All character sprites now consistently perform a small flourish animation when speaking in accordance to their dialogue, as is consistent with my modern VN builds.

• Diversified sound clip usage in Chapter 3 and reduced the instances of "surprise.ogg" from 105 to 33.

• Massive bugfix sweep throughout the VN to fix miscellaneous instances where coding was slightly off, resulting in broken sound bytes or animations playing slightly incorrectly.

• Grammar/typo fixes.

• Adjusted the first conversation between Agatha and Calder in Chapter 3 to be slightly less antagonistic.

• Sidd no longer bonks Calder on the head with a baguette after their little heart-to-heart in Chapter 4. He instead gently pokes him into his chair. It felt a little insensitive to hit the guy right after learning hints about his abusive background.
