Speedpaint Video (spoilers?)
Added 2017-07-22 23:50:25 +0000 UTCAaaay what's up. I haven't made a speedpaint video in a long time, so I figured "why not?" and made a recording of something I'm working on. Sorry if there's too much flipping and zooming in/out in the vid, I tend to do that a lot while drawing ;w;

The sheer amount of effort on display is incredible, the focus on the intricate details like the lighting, the positioning, and especially the little things like Sissel's tattoo and the tear in his shirt, the way Euca's collar is skewed and causing his shirt to wrinkle a bit on that side etc. is just astounding. I hadn't given much thought to the processes involved in things like this, but I have a whole new level of respect for artists and the time they dedicate to their craft. Besides the obvious lack of talent for drawing I don't think I could ever have the amount of patience that something like this would require. All that being said I would definitely be interested in seeing more video's like this one, it is quite enjoyable to watch.
