Got a PM on how I've been making the environments for the Braindance Hacker title cards. Some might recognise the BG's come directly from CP 2077 itself.
As you've probably worked out it's essentially the same principle as rear projection or 'the volume'. There's a few scripts that animate textures in DAZ so you can render image sequence in DAZ on a TV screen for example. Once you have video captured in game or wherever else, you load it on a background plate and build the foreground scene in front of it with regular assets.
Getting the right perspective , especially with a moving camera can be tricky but it's usually as simple as adjusting the size of the rear projected image. Anyway it's quite fun if you want to try yourselves. Below is a link to the texture animator plugin I use in Daz;
