Sketches

What's up? I hope everyone's been taking care, make sure to keep yourselves hydrated and clothed for the weather! It's been raining a lot here, sometimes scorching hot...I hope the weather's been well at your places!

I've only been doing mostly sketches when I have free time because I got caught up for the past, I think two weeks? I've been doing concepts for dress designs for this interesting commission, it's a pair illustration commission and it's GL, a Kokomi x OC commission. Of course there's also other commissions running along with this one but this one related to Kokomi is pretty notable because of the nature of the commission was a little unique: they had me design custom outfits and it was an OC x Genshin Character type. 

I definitely won't say no to commissions like this of nature, OC x Game character? Certainly not, because it piques my curiosity. I also do like drawing OCs of other people, you get a bit of a dive into the designs of their clothes by being able to draw them yourself, or you just get some sort of idea from the instructions.

I definitely want to share the small concepts and thumbnails I've done but I'm not certain I can, maybe when this particular commission is over, I could ask my commissioner about sharing them with you.

It also certainly piqued my interest to restart with designing EiMiko swimsuit, I was about to put that to rest but the want was there again. I want to make an EiMiko swimsuit illustration too but for now, I have to make that Ganqing one happen first. I'm also thinking of finalizing the swimsuit design, so I think you can expect something rendered this month (I do have August Genshin CC entry to think about too so...yeah).

The designs itself isn't set in stone, I'm still debating on what I can put, what I should take off and what I can retain from the designs but I personally want to incorporate the couple shawl that Ei and Yae can use because it's a cute idea.
