Hello! Thank you to everyone for waiting patiently! I hope February's been good? Is it still cold there? Please do stay warm and take care!

I was intending to just leave the version with water on, but I thought it was a huge waste when I drew the whole lower body so I also included the version without water. Drawing water really is kind of tricky, I'm not sure if I want to put more effort into composition with water in it in order to study it more, or divert to other things. Though diverting and learning other stuff is also good. :/

Anyways, with DoroGard 2 down, we only have JeanEula left for my balance in October. The next balance I'll be clearing afterwards is November which is JeanLisa 1 and EiMiko 3. Assuming I can get good progress on November's balance on March, I can resume billing on April 1 so we can go back having polls for NSFW/SFW rewards. I'm also thinking of adding Edeleth into the poll from now on rather than me making it an inevitable. I do want to gauge how many are still into Edeleth too.

On a personal note, February doesn't seem like a really good month at all, pretty sure some of you have seen the news that's going on. I hope everything works out well for Ukraine and no more people have to die. I haven't tapped much into the news so I'm sorry if I'm not that well informed on the subject, it has left me feeling anxious. 

Also there's this law that I'm hearing about that could be passed here in Philippines if the President signs it. It's about a SIM Card and Social Media Registration Act. There's been a movement...well a petition to veto it. 

I'm honestly concerned about the Social Media aspects as it pretty much tells us we're required to use our real names otherwise we'd get penalized, a fine of 200,000 pesos (that's almost 4000 USD, something a lot of people here, even I, don't have in their savings) or minimum 6 years of imprisonment for just using fictitious names.

I will say this, I don't exactly feel comfortable nor does it feel safe for me to reveal my real name. We know how the internet can be. I'm already scared of being on Twitter at times, you don't know when you'll unconsciously be the target of someone's ire just because you posted something they don't like/agree to. The culture of doxxing, cancelation and death threats in social media leaves me always anxious, especially considering the amount of followers I've gotten now.

I'm hoping though that this law doesn't get signed, a part of it feels honestly dangerous and leaves more people vulnerable with their information out in the open on the internet. 

I'm only here to inform you about this in the case that if it does get passed, please pardon me if I'm not active on social media while I try to figure out how to go about with this, if there's even something I can do about it somehow.
