I'm a hottie and I think it's just that because of how Megan was treated after the shooting and during the trial that a lot of black women, myself included really identify with her and how black women can be vilified so viciously and sometimes the worst will come from our own communities. I think Megan's experience taps into that shared trauma a lot of BW have and as such makes people very sensitive to criticism about her because it feels personal. It's parasocial and unhealthy but I do think a lot of us feel very protective of her bc of what she went through. Thought I'd provide an explanation since it was asked 😊💜

Based on the lawsuit Waynes manager filed pink print, pink Friday and Queen were apart of that deal. I’m sure she owns a percentage but she doesn’t out right own them like Meg does. Her deal with Roc Nation is solely a distribution deal they just get a cut of the sales, they have no legal claim over her work. Honestly it’s no shade to her though, at that time artist were signing whatever they could to get a deal. They really didn’t know any better. At least she was smart enough to not sign a 360 when everyone else was
