Say No to Soda and yes to Rain H20
Added 2017-06-08 00:38:05 +0000 UTCI hope that each of your are starting your day off with a 16oz glass of H20. So many people are addicted to soda and are experiencing dehydration, but they do not know it.
Soda never quench your thirst, certainly not your body's need for water. Constantly denying your body an adequate amount can lead to Chronic Cellular Dehydration, a condition that weakens your body at the cellular level. This, in turn, can lead to a weakened immune system and a plethora of diseases.
Water plays a vital role in nearly every bodily function. Lack of water is the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.

That being said, I feel she is a great role model for health. She is actually the lady that inspired me to start my youtube channel. I love and respect her. I believe that each person has to decide for their self which diet they want to follow and how strict they want to be with their diet. I know for some Vegans veganism is like a religion that they do not stray from. However I prefer to take a more loving relaxed approach to diet and eat some steamed fish every once in awhile... even if I am shamed by the Vegan community.

I sometimes eat steamed fish and she is very much against all animal products. She has let me know that she does not want to collaborate with me.
