This is a redraw of a scene from the anime, where Misty (and some other guy) got captured and tied up by Team Rocket! Now its been reimagined with several variants!

The backdrop of the cliffs and ground were sourced from anime screenshots. Trust me, you do not want to be subjected to the horrible attempts I made at drawing and texturing them by hand. I did do the sky, trees and Totodile in the cage, though.
