If it doesn't say Tier 2 it means it won't be included in the Tier 2 pack this month. If you are a Tier 2 you can pick it up next month with your past month reward, or if you wish to have this included in ur monthly pack and not have to wait a month to pick it up with your tier 2 past month benefit then you will need to shift to Tier 3.
