C99お疲れ様でした

コミケが無事終わりました。

皆様お疲れ様でした。

やはり、ボクらにはコミケが必要なんだ！

充実感が違う！

これで心置きなく年が越せます

今回のコミケは予想できない事が多く本当にサークル泣かせでしたが、終わってみると思った以上に配布数は伸びました。

さて。

今回のコミケは一般参加の人数が5万人に制限されていました。

普段だと公称でおおよそ20万人なので、例年の25%程度です。

さらに、イベントが始まる前は、東館と西館の移動ができない可能性が濃厚でした。

その場合、ざっくり考えても参加者は例年比20%以下です。

僕はそこから余裕を持って例年の50%の搬入数で参加したのです。

正直、絶対余ると思っていたのです…が、

結果的には昼になる前にほとんどの本が完売してしまいました。

配布数の時速は、最初の一時間は前回比で90%ほどだったと考えています。

会場に居る人間の数は間違いなく少ないのですが、

サークルの前に来てくれる人の数は減っていない…

アーリーチケットの参加者は問題無かったと思うのですが、一般チケットの参加者の皆様にはいささか不親切な配布となってしまい申し訳無かったです。

もし今回搬入数が潤沢にあったと仮定すると、当サークルの配布数は例年の70%程度は出ただろうと予想しています。

参加者が25%で、配布数は70%。

つまり、参加者が減ったことで、待ち時間が短くなり、移動もしやすくなり、結果1人あたりの購入数が増え、配布数は高め推移した、という事ですね。

要するに

「普段のコミケはものすごく効率が悪い」

という事実が赤裸々に。

今日の様子から考えると、コミケって参加者10万人くらいが限界なんじゃないかなぁ。

それ以上人を入れても、移動の効率が悪くなったり、列が長くなるだけで

参加”人数”は増えるけど、”配布数”は増えない

というところに収束してしまうのではないかな。

This overwhelming sense of fulfillment!

Now we can pass the year without worry.

This year's Comiket was an event that I couldn't have predicted until it was held, but when it was over, the number of copies distributed exceeded my expectations.

This year's Comiket had a limit of 50,000 participants.

The usual number is about 200,000, so this year's number was 25% of the usual number.

Furthermore, before the event started, it was considered impossible to move between the East and West buildings.

In other words, the number of participants was expected to be less than 20% of the usual level.

Therefore, I set the number of new books to be brought in at 50% of the previous year.

I thought that was a very generous amount.

But as it turned out, most of the books were sold out before noon.

The speed of distribution was about 90% of the last time in the first hour.

The number of people at the event is definitely lower, but the number of people coming to my place has not decreased.

The early ticket attendees would have been fine, but the general ticket attendees were not happy with the results.

I apologize for that.
