This is a bit of a 'bridging' update, meant to serve as downtime between things happening. Especially given how much is happening in Hitoshi's life.
Next chapter will return to a more extended vigilante arc that I'll be sneaking in 2-3 chapters before we get into the quirk assessment and the Office Hero Exam.
That's the plan, anyway.
