Liz standing with slack arms, staring at the sky and continuing to talk after the other person has walked away already is VERY Osaka. (The other two inspirations for her are Hikage from Senran Kagura and Scarface from Half Baked if you're interested.) Also new character incoming! Well, new to the comic, anyway. :D
