Not in a romantic way so much in a way that she's just rooting for her in general. One thing I've always tried to keep consistent with Raina is that she has a strong maternal instinct. I figure it would be a given that she'd latch onto her girlfriend's daughter quickly in that regard. I imagine Raina "gets" Casey more than she might let on. Whether or not I can convey that in my writing as I go with these two remains to be seen.
As for now, I'm happy with this scene so far. Hope you guys are looking forward to next week, they're about to make a mess of that kitchen! XD
