This scene isn't exactly canonical, it was only really meant to show that Sylvia would have no issues fucking her daughter's male classmates. But now I like the idea that her and Derek actually hooked up at some point in the story. Maybe Sylvia is friends with his parents, or something along those lines? In any case don't be surprised if I find a way to ret-con a sexual history between them into the comic or game at some point.

I could see Sylvia flirting with him and because he thinks his dime store rubber mask is a bulletproof identity shield, he plays it a little smoother than he otherwise might. After the sex, she reveals she knows it's him(or at least that she knows he goes to school with Casey, if not actually knowing his name) and he freaks out a little. From then on out she delights in cornering him whenever she can. My 2 cents, take it as a free suggestion if you like.
