I'm aware I've leaned on this pose and composition a few times now with these pin ups. What can I say, when I'm in the mood to draw a spread legged shot, this presentation just feels the best. But from now on I'll either have to start getting more creative or just own up to my lack of originality by naming the rounded chair and making a series out of it. I'd call it the "Spread Pussy on the Rounded Chair Series." Or maybe try and come up with an even more amazing name, time will tell.
If Snow White here seems a little random, I've kind of had this character on the brain lately, mostly from drawing Elianna in the comic. I was going for the Snow White look with her. It's not as obvious with the lighting in the gymnasium she was in, but she's quite a bit more pale skinned than the other characters, and she'll be wearing that cherry red lipstick in pretty much every scene possible. It actually surprised me when I looked up some official artwork today for reference and found that Disney's rendition had brown eyes. To me at least, her color scheme simply screams for bright blue eyes, and I wonder if their decision may have been influenced by the fact that black dots for irises would simply read better and be easier to animate. I'm interested, but not so much that I feel the need to go digging for trivia online, so it will forever remain a mystery!
EDIT: Went looking for movie stills in spite of myself lo and behold, her eyes weren't black dots at all in the actual film, I'd totally remembered it wrong. She had full brown irises. Shut my mouth.
