Part of the problem is, as you originally suggested it, it would be a non-consent situation, and that's one of Patreon's no-no's, but what if Dana were confronted by the Cigarette Smoking Man who had information she desperately needed (maybe this was a time when Mulder(?) was missing, and CSM knows where he is) and he will give her the information if she can satisfy all three of the Bodean brothers (Redneck Mutants who escaped from Deliverance) She agrees, not happily, but she does agree to his terms. Would that meet your idea?
