Added 2020-07-11 13:00:00 +0000 UTCI also made a version with a collar, thought about making a contraption that would choke him or something after a timer ended. But I thought having two things going on at the same time would be a little messy, so I just left it at the collar. I like the drawing better without it, but I also liked the collar version enough to post it here.
