Emotionless girl known under her codename as Black Rabbit. She affiliated with the Intelligence Division and the Black Workshop. She takes her tasks seriously while attending the branch campus as a student coupled with her personality, she usually comes off as robotic. During her time with Rean and her classmates, Altina begins to slowly show and process a wide array of emotions.
She is fond of sweets, seeing it as a way to "recharge" herself. ( She should join Arkride for sweet maniac club :3)
