Robery (With Story)

It was a nice calm early autumn night when Diego walked down town. He had just left a local bar, and didnt want to waste money on an uber when his apartment was just a few blocks away.

Half way to his destination, he noticed some commotion going on 14th and Jefferson Avenue, where he would normally take a left turn and be 10 minutes away from home. Some guys had probably had one too many drinks and were having a street brawl; typical weekend shenanigans.

He remembered that there was an alley way he and his boys used to go through when they were teens. It would take him a bit longer to get home, but it was better than possibly getting punched in the face for no reason.

When he turned to walk through the alley, he noticed a strange young man in a dark mustard colored hoodie standing with his back to a door. Diego thought if he just played it cool, he could walk right by with no issues. Unfortunately he was wrong.

"Sup bra? You got a dollah I can hold?", the young man asked nefariously.

"I'm sorry, bro, but i'm broke.", replied Diego, hiding his anxiety.

"I'm not yah fuckin bro", the man, now irritated, responded while walking towards Diego. "Lemme check yah pockets, pussy"

Diego thought to run, but noticed the guy had what looked like a fully loaded pistol peaking out of his back pocket.
