Should the "bonus starter set for bloodfields" be in our downloads somewhere? I'm not seeing it and the post makes it seem like those models should be somewhere.

2023-11-17 01:14:00 +0000 UTCPeople on the Discord are usually helpful with this stuff. I've seen some share their prints of Kong already, so my guess is an error is occuring on your end with the software or something.

2023-11-13 01:44:20 +0000 UTCThe (32 mm) Kong is giving me trouble: either Lychee is taking like 30 mins to slice it and gives me a file that's only 3 mb or it prints a massive solid block between the supports from a 1 gig file. Anyone else with this issue? I guess I'll delete and re-install Lychee next and see what happens; the Ogre Hunter was slicing and printing with no issue at all.

We know that we have "a lot" of supports on our models, but they are easy to remove and due to the fact that there are a lot of delicate ones they do not leave marks on the model. If you have trouble removing them, it helps a lot to soak them in hot water for a few seconds. If you have any problems, I invite you to visit our Discord and there we have a channel dedicated specifically to supporting our models, and the people who do it would love to know your opinion because we are open to changes and improving the quality of our supports.

2023-11-03 11:37:48 +0000 UTCSo - I tried to ask this question on MyMiniFactory but didn't get a response, so I guess I'll bring it up here. What is with the supported fantasy model and bases? The support jobs are horrible. As an example I just downloaded the supported bases for this month. One of the 32mm circular bases has a solid mass of supports between the base and the plate. It looks like there are at least 150! supports used for this very simple stl.
