May 2025 Monthly Announcement Post for All Tiers

April was a busy month around here, what with it being Birthday Month, and, unintentionally, Novelty Month, but we've made it through! Now we have some exciting stuff to look forward to in May here in Beautyland, and it's going to be another epic month!

But first, let's not get ahead of ourselves. There's something very important that we have to take care of first.

If you're new here and this is your first announcement post, WELCOME to my unique and entertaining little community here on Patreon! Whether you're here because you're obsessed with the audios (you're not alone in that!), to be embraced by an authentic and wonderful community that is happy you're here (we're a pretty fun group!), to take a time-out on reality and get lost in a world that's not feeling more like a bad dream every day (seriously, we all need a break!), or any other reason, we're so glad you've decided to be here!

If you've been here before, you know this is just part of our process around here.  We all know what I'm going to say, so you may as well say it with me! Here we go... WELCOME BACK!  Thank you for continuing to show up and add your amazing energy to our little corner of the internet, for helping to keep it a calm and comfortable place to hang out, and for just being you! I will keep working to make this a place you want to be!

Whether you've just joined us, or you've been here for weeks, months, or even years, thank you for joining me! I talk about gratitude a lot, and how thankful I am for my community, for each and every one of you. It's important to me that you know how appreciated you are, and how thankful I am you're here. This is my dream, living a life of creativity and being able to share my voice with the world, and I'm incredibly thankful to all of you for being such a huge part of that. Thank you for choosing to be here!

We're supposed to be out of the "April Showers" part of the year, and into the "May Flowers" part, and I'm loving that! The days are longer, it's not so dark and yucky, and it's warming up every day (here in the Northern Hemisphere, anyway!). Let's see what I've got percolating to keep the temperatures up around here this month. Grab a yummy snack, a comfy place to sit, and let's get started!

💜 Just a reminder, if you're on an Apple device and need to re-subscribe for any reason, please don't use the Apple Store to do it! Use a web browser instead! Apple has added an additional 30% fee on the subscription price if you sign up through the Apple Store. Using a web browser will avoid this fee. Android users are not affected by this fee. This fee does not apply to monthly renewals already in place.

💜 Let's Create An Audio 4.0 is now active! Voting is open until Friday, May 2nd at 10am EDT, so get your votes in before it's too late. The resulting audios will be bonus audios, released toward the end of the month.

💜 Our next Chill Stream will be Saturday, May 31st at 4:30pm EDT. This isn't to celebrate anything special, we're just hanging out and having some fun on a Saturday night. The game is still TBD, but we all know I'm a creature of habit, so it will most likely be Hello Kitty or Dreamlight Valley, but we'll see how I feel at the time.

💜 Our Monthly Update will be Saturday, May 24th, though the time is TBD. I'll know more closer to the date, and will let y'all know the time then.

💜 My Anniversary Surprise will be released this month! Scheduling has pushed this back a few times, and now we're actually going to get it posted! No clues as to what it is, but I hope you'll love it!

💜 I have updated my Throne Wishlist again, by request, with gift cards. The physical items are so expensive to ship up here to Canada, so gift cards are the easiest way to send gifts. I'm looking into other options that will be easier, but for now, Throne is our best choice. As always, this is completely optional. I never want anyone to feel like they have to use this list. A huge thank you to everyone who has sent me such wonderful gifts! I am truly grateful for your generosity and thoughtfulness! Through your gift cards, I've been able to support some incredible indie authors, which is amazing!

That's it! That's my list for right now! I have a few other announcements that will pop up throughout the month, but the details aren't ready to share yet. I'll post as soon as everything is figured out. Updates are also added to the Discord server as they happen, too, so if you haven't joined us over there yet, definitely check it out. All you have to do is connect your Discord account to Patreon and you'll be automatically added to the group! There's always lots going on here in Beauty-land, so there's never a dull moment!

I know I say this every month, but I'll say it again now. If you want to comment on an audio but don't want to do so publicly, you can send me a DM. I love reading all your messages and comments. I may not always be able to respond to everything, but please know that I read and appreciate all of it. For the time being, I've had to change the way comments work on my website, for anyone who uses it to comment, so that you now have to be logged in before you can post.
