long sleepless blogpost last night, bidness upd8 today:

lots of posts, lots of sketchbook, lots of sven, and even lots of oversharing (a perk as you'll recall)

all that's left to do this month is the pinup and i will consider my obligations for the month dispensed with.

that said i maybe may, i maybe might, post even more... but like i said last month, i was only committing to completing $30 worth of work in feb, and I may have done a little more than that this month...

production budget for next month is actually pretty even with a standard colored commission, which is very good news indeed. once i've got maybe 3 of those saved up, they'll slowly start trickling out publicly i think. if the production budget increases, i may start doing more per month, but i'll only guarantee 12 of them this year. the nsfw pinup is more of a grease the wheels type of thing, the primary focus is on OC art, so until there's a substantial increase in budget, it will be at a one per month level. But i am very open to doing a lot more of them when time allows.

also gave this paywall thing some thought, and it would basically be shooting myself in the foot if i was doing the exact type of work i want people to know me for then refusing to promote it... so it does all have to get out there, no doubt about it. i mentioned last time that exclusivity is a losing battle, and it's also like, not why i want you here in the first place.

there's no gimmicks, no tricks, no raffles, no voting, no ripoffs, okay?

this is pure grass roots support and in return you get my best, most interesting work and also stave off the timeline where my art career ends like the final scene of Amadeus (/kidding)
