My hockey season has come to an end.
The Kings barely made the playoffs and lost in the first round. The Stars didn't even make the playoffs.
On the bright side, I won a free overnight trip to Los Angeles for the last regular season game. Thanks to a contest by the Dallas Stars, I got to see the Kings play on home ice. I also picked up this sweet Tyler Toffoli jersey. There was no time for shows or shoots while I was there.
I've been gig-free for April, which is a blessing. I have my Queen Snapper shoot next weekend and the Star Wars shows at Viva Dallas Burlesque the following weekend. This means two brand-new acts, two brand-new costumes, two brand-new chunks of choreography. Having a gig this month would be too much to handle.
At least with my team out of the playoffs I have my evenings free to make this stuff happen.
Look at that gorgeous city. I need to find a view like that in Dallas.
