Here's another one from my shoot with La Photographie in late October.

I encountered my first snow flurries as a Dallas resident today. I realized how I've acclimated to the weather in the nine months I've been here. Strange.

I'm also amid a flurry of activity. I performed at Tuesday Tease in Dallas this week. Tonight I'm dancing at Glitterbomb in Denton. (It's supposed to get down to 28 degrees so I'm really glad I'm stripping out of a fancy outfit and crawling into leopard pajamas in my act.) Saturday morning I fly to Charlotte, NC to compete in a festival's final show ever (snow expected there), and then it's back to Dallas Sunday.

I'm bringing Snow Queen back to Nearly Naked Nutcracker this year but I'm doing a fan dance instead of my usual nonsense. I have an intense rehearsal period for that act and hosting as soon as I get back from North Carolina on Sunday.

And I just got word that I've been accepted into the Southwest Burlesque Showcase in Albuquerque in February! It's snowed when I've been in years past. (I love that festival because the theater is awesome and they pay!)
