Added 2017-08-22 15:05:12 +0000 UTCThis shot comes from Jeff Fuller-Freeman from my last trip to Hot Springs last year. We have plans to collaborate again when I head back to town. We focused on getting my butt lit just right then cracked "Yass!" jokes about it.
August is slipping away from me! I was gearing up for GLCC, celebrated my 24th wedding anniversary (we married young), and co-hosted a local show. We're moving to a bigger place this weekend AND I have a gig in Tulsa, and then the month is up.
It wasn't bad planning on my part to have a gig five hours away the same weekend as the move. I knew when we moved into this apartment that we'd be moving this weekend. I took the gig to open up a new market for me, create a new working relationship with another producer, and to make the money for someone else to move my couch. :)
This weekend's show is improv. I get to perform one planned routine so I'm pulling out one I've been doing since 2010 or 2011. The other one is improv. I haven't listened to the playlist of potential songs for this show yet. I picked out some random costume pieces so I could pack everything else.
