Rolling around on the floor again

Funny story about this photoshoot. I had a gig in Little Rock, Arkansas, the night before. I rolled my hair and did my makeup in my hotel room, watching my weather app to time out my hour drive with the promised rain. I left during a sprinkle and wound up driving through flooded, twisting highways in my rental car. I rarely get nervous but I was gripping that steering wheel like a granny. Madison's power was out when I left so we weren't even sure we could shoot. It took me nearly 90 minutes to arrive in Hot Springs. I went straight to the Cracker Barrel for some comfort food as I waited for the sheets of rain to pass. Madison's power was restored and we were able to shoot with no problems.
