Thank you for your comment, no, this is not planned. Nelson has undergone a transistion through the pill, so he now has to understand the force of female hormones. Of course, this causes certain emotional interactions, but usually culminates in very strong lust. Brad has recognized this, and so has Nel. Therefore, another pill is not necessary, he could only become a woman once... at least for the next 8 hours.
