This episode got somewhat political. The paradisers feel like a strawmanned version of communism. And the fact that the Hero's association runs on donations rather than some tax revenue is also strange. I actually have no idea what the author, One's, political beliefs are. Because as you go further along in the story, the Hero Association being run through donations becomes increasingly problematic. But at the same time, our lens into this world, Saitama, is so apathetic about everything, he more or less just goes with the status quo.
