Added 2025-08-18 22:09:57 +0000 UTCTo the comments on the latest chapter, I had messed up with Anderson and Arthur mentioning Shepard and even saying Commander and which confused readers. Those have been edited out in chapters 6 and 8. Though yes, Shepherd's mum will make an appearance in other chapters. I also didn't know when Captain Anderson became a captain...I knew he was going to be a spectre till his chances got nixed by our turian idiot but I always just called him captain in my mind. Maybe someone else will be the one to be failed for being Humanity's first.
The timeline is set a year or so after the first contact war ended. So that's your timeline you're dealing with. However, if that means some companies, tech etc weren't made by then etc...I can't keep all that knowledge and remember when writing.
