2024-11-06 00:58:25 +0000 UTCEpisode 248 @21:33, the two kids running along side the train, the boy there is Paulie :) Also, about Franky building those battle ships. I don't think it was a lack of common sense, he wasn't stupid, he was naive. He had the heart and mind of a craftsman, he built those ships purely as a part of his craft, settings goals for himself with things like being able to kill a Sea King as proof that his designs had improved. He never once thought about how to use them for personal gain against another person, about using them for war or any selfish reasons. He didn't see them as deadly weapons that could kill people, just as works of art and self expression. He was a really innocent kid who met a cold hard world that didn't care what his intentions were. That's the real tragedy of his realization that his creations that he loved so much were used to hurt those closest to him.

At least I didn't π€£ It's nice that your subscribers point out certain things. 2024-11-01 23:14:24 +0000 UTCLeadership was a theme in this shown through Luffy and Franky. It gave us where Luffy is as a captain both his strengths and weaknesses. During the discussion about the Merry he didnt find the right words to calm Usopp down. He let his emotions explode, making it worse. It was a tough call about the Merry. Its also a captains job to not only lead, but to understand the feeling of their crew members. The arguement and fight made it worse which didnt show Usopp the reality of the situation. Whereas Franky did cry over the Merry with him and even talked about the Merry if she was a person. He got Usopp to see the reality and severity of Merrys state. He knew what say and shown a more grounded emotional maturity.
