The one that Iceberg has is just the blueprint of Pluton (a blueprint to counter IF the actual ship was found) That's the most simple way to explain Robin and Iceberg's discussion. So either someone finds Pluton (the ship) or obtains its blueprints to build a new one.

Chopper being so impressed with Zoro taking out all the shipwrights and then immediately being surprised by how easily lost he can get is such a good gag ("It's truly a miracle") π€£π€£π€£. The reveal of who CP9 is is top notch and I definitely felt betrayed!

There's a lot of info in them so I will summarise, with zero spoilers, just in case it helps - Robin might know where Pluton is from the Arabasta Poneglyph - Iceberg has the Blueprints for it and confirmed it WAS built a long time ago - Iceberg has refrained from burning the Blueprints because Pluton might still exist somewhere in the world and Robin has the ability to find it - Iceberg fears that if the previously built Pluton were to awaken under the wrong hands, they may need to build another one to fight it, hence why he hasn't burnt the Blueprints
