Pluton already exists in the world somewhere, built in the past, which is what the Poneglyph provided the location for. The blueprints were made as a failsafe just in case someone abused the original pluton and a new one needed to be built to fight against it.

Usually that’s referring to PSS when the episodes started being 0.75 chapters per episode. Right now it’s at 2-3 chapter per episode which is standard shonen.

The twist is sooo well made, there were a few tiny hints that could've made you suspicious (like Kalifa's vibe) but the reveal is still shocking and great. The original Pluton is hidden somewhere in the world, and Robin read the location on the Alabasta poneygliph, but since she doesn't care about weapons she didn't do anything about it. The creator of Pluton passed its blueprints from pupil to pupil, to keep safe in case one day someone may need to create another Pluton in order to counter attack the original Pluton. I guess that with the blueprint the Government could build like hundreds of Plutons and be invincibile.

Iceburg is an incredibly underrated side character. Water 7 was impeccable. Also, as many people probably have already mentioned, the location of the ship Pluton is different from the blueprints. So the ship itself isn't quite in Water 7. But its entirely possible Robin knew this as well, but who knows, she is extremely mysterious and has loads of knowledge she only drops when it concerns plot.

The implication I got from the conversation between Robin and Iceberg, is that at least one Pluton was already built, and the blueprints were held onto as a means to build another as a stop measure. I could be wrong about my interpretation of this next thing, but Crocodile seemed pretty confident a Pluton was in Alabasta, since he seemed to believe taking over the country meant he could conquer the world, but this could also just be that he knew they had the poneglyph with the info. Still seems weird for him to be so confident taking Alabasta was the right move, if he didn’t also believe the weapon was there.

So in Alabasta, the Poneglyph was meant(according to Crocodile and strongly implied by Robin and Cobra) to reveal the location of the already existing Pluton which was created 100s of years ago in W7. We don't know where it is. Iceberg had the blueprints(which have been pased down from 1 shipwright to next in W7 since the creating of the orignal Pluton) to it so that he can make another one in case someone finds the already existing one in an attempt to stop it. And that's also the reason Iceberg couldn't destroy the Blueprints since Robin can lead someone to the already existing one and there would be nothing to counter it.

Seeing blueno in the bar in the last couple of episodes and hearing him say, "Only heard some rumors" in regard to knowing about CP9 was pretty unsettling when you know the reveal. The entire scene where CP9 gets explained takes place IN FRONT of a CP9 member and no one is the wiser!

This is not a spoiler. I know some people are confuse with the blueprint. Iceburg literally said the blueprint is a mean to fight against the Ancient Weapon, should the Pluton is brought back. Thus why he also said about he can't simply destroy the blueprint, though it is dangerous, because Robin is alive. A person who is capable of bringing the Pluton alive.
