One of the goal of meditation is to disconnect your mind from your body And supposedly, you can stay in the meditative state for a very long time without food and water because your body's metabolism slows down almost to a stop. Some claim that there are monks who's been meditating for so long that their body went beyond the vegitative state and outright became plants. They are called sages.

Inumaki coming in clutch this episode. Telling Megumi and Noritoshi to run away probably saved their lives. Love watching yall as always
