Oda clarified in an SBS around this time, a clarification that has not come in the anime, to my knowledge, that Miss Goldenweek's Colors Trap magic does not come from a Devil Fruit. You'll see for yourself whether Mr. 4 has a fruit or not, but I wanted to point that out because Oda is a great, fantastic writer, but he's not infallible, and Vivi's claim here is one of several (but infrequent!) examples where Oda/the anime will just straight up lie to you. Usually it's because the anime makes the wrong inference, but this misconception comes straight from the manga, and I think it's maybe fair to handwave as something that Vivi misspoke or was misinformed about.

This also hints that they will become important later on - Spoiling names, locations and other vocab that hasn't been mentioned yet - explaining something that they are curious about, which gets explained later on - saying something is important in the current story - saying something/someone isn't important, because they won't appear again - saying something/someone is important and should be kept in mind - Saying how long an arc is or how long it takes until something gets explained - Saying that something hasn't been explained yet, even in the current story and many more. Just try to only reference things that they already know. Don't outright explain something that hasn't been explained and don't hint at something, you're not as subtle as you think
