I had social anxiety issues growing up. I had a extremely hard time making friends and talking to people. This wasn't just with socializing in school or anything, I had this same issue with my family (mostly extended family- big family dinners we're a nightmare for me. The concophony of noises and big group of people. Don't get me wrong I love my family and I had a great childhood when I boil it down. However I felt like I related with Chopper in this way. Never felt like I fit in with my family and had a hard time fitting in socially. I've gotten better as I have grown up but I still have some awkward moments where I don't know what to say or do in certain situations. Chopper is my favorite character. His morals and his personality are awesome. I also love that his voice actress is the same as Pikachu. I can't wait for you guys to get further in the story. This is an exciting journey. π

2024-05-21 20:07:47 +0000 UTCJust for clarification about Zoan fruits: Normally a Zoan (zoologic) type devil fruit give the ability to transform into the same three forms. The base form which is the body/species you were born with, an animal or beast form which is a full transformation into the species the fruit is dedicated to and last a hybrid form between both species. Chopper's small form that he is in most of the time is his hybrid form. And that technique 'Scope' he uses is just him using his high intellect and that scanning animation is just a visualization.

2024-05-21 19:46:31 +0000 UTCYeah, sometimes they repeat way too much of the flashback, of a flashback that we've seen just an episode or two ago... Luffy's serious mode is one of the best parts of the whole show when you can't see his eyes.

2024-05-21 19:39:21 +0000 UTCThe way that you do is fair enough. I like to put The episode in the side screen with audio in Portuguese (Netflix dubbed the episodes in portuguese and it's pretty awesome, and very well done), so i don't miss nothing in the reaction by reading subtitles haha

Agree with Haylee about the Luffy's Serious Mode, It is always a great moment in the show and it is when we know that something awesome is about to happen. It's funny how Copper seems week in his smaller form but he is very strong and underestimated by the enemies. Another great reaction, can't wait for the next ones.
