Change of supporter plan/支持者計劃的變更

由于去年我个人原因作品质量下滑而被迫修改了支持者计划，
来到新的一年，我希望重拾之前的水平，因此计划也变成跟以前类似，并在此之上增加了每周画一张图的算是对自己的要求
