Harry and Daphne couldn’t believe it, they were lying next to each other on the floor after they had a very good time, Harry hadn’t felt like this before, Daphne managed to surprise him, she was good when it comes to sex even thought she was a virgin.

As for Daphne, she felt like she was in heaven, this experience had been completely amazing, all the things she had heard, the rumors, the gossip between her friends, the myths about sex, everything was full of misinformation, and all those things had given her the wrong idea about what sex with a man was truly like.

But Harry has shown her that sex is so much better than what she had heard and yes, she has had experiences with women but she’s talking about her experience with men, before Harry the idea of her being with a man didn't make sense, it’s true that many guys have tried to date her but the only one who has managed to get this far effortlessly with her was Harry.

“That was amazing,” Harry admitted as he suddenly decided to kiss one of Daphne’s shoulders she couldn’t help but let a little laughter escape from her mouth, she wasn’t mocking him she was just finding this situation so fascinating.

“Amazing is an understatement,” she admitted before she started to paint some small kisses on his chest.

And soon, she was on top of him, and it didn’t take too long for them to start kissing again, Harry was caressing her ass while she was hugging his neck, and they wanted to go further, but they knew they didn’t have too much time to do more fun things, after they had sex in the heat of the moment, logic came back to haunt them.

“I wish we could stay like this forever,” Harry couldn’t help but say after they broke the kiss.

“Yeah, me too…Are you sure we can stay like this a bit longer?” Asked the blonde with a disappointed tone.

“Sadly not, I need to call the Aurors before they get worried and start to get desperate and do something crazy like starting a search for me, that’d be a waste of resources,” Harry said with a disappointed tone.

Daphne was surprised by how committed to his work he was even though he seemed to be hard to handle for his superiors, she found that quality of his interesting, so, she gave him a soft smile and nodded at him.

“Well, I guess we better get ready for them,” Daphne said before yawning. “I’m tired, I want to sleep in my bed,” she added and Harry nodded, he was going to try to end this as soon as possible so they could be back to the manor.

They took their time to get dressed once again and soon, they were ready to call for the Aurors.

“Wait Daphne, before I call them, there’s something I need to give you,” Harry suddenly made a letter appear.

It was from the ministry and that was the letter he was supposed to give her once he got back to his responsibilities but then this whole mess happened. Daphne took the letter and she knew what the contents of the letter were, and knowing what was written in the letter was making her feel a little nervous.

“Are you okay Daphne?” Asked Harry a little worried about the woman he loved.

She remained in silence for a few moments, she knew she had to do it but that didn’t mean she was eager to do it.

“Would you like me to open it for you?” He asked after sensing she was hesitating to see the contents.

He could see why she was so nervous, her life and her lifestyle depended on what was written in the letter so, as an almost neutral entity, he tried to help her with that and the blonde seemed to have gotten his message so, she nodded at him and soon, he ripped the envelope and he got a letter written with some fancy letters and filled with some fancy seals.

“Dear Daphne Greengrass, Prisoner number 73435. You have been serving a sentence of five years and according to the data you’ve completed more than fifty percent of your sentence.

The fact that you've completed more than half of your sentence makes you qualified for parole, and after having an audience, the jury, the judges, and the ministry have decided to grant you that parole.” Harry said with a happy expression.

Daphne’s eyes widened, she couldn’t believe what she was hearing, she was on the verge of crying, but she decided to remain calm, she knew there was more inside that letter, so, Harry didn’t waste more time and decided to read more of the contents.

“However, that doesn’t mean that the sentence is over, what it means is that the status of your punishment is going to change from the day you receive this letter until you complete your fourth year of sentence, the home arrest sentence is over, and now you’re going to be able to walk almost freely in any part of the country as long as you’re accompanied by your Auror guard.

If you manage to not get in trouble from the moment you accept your parole until your fourth year of sentence, then it will be considered that the criminal has completed their sentence fully which will mean that there won’t be any need for you to have a guard anymore.

In the case of you getting in trouble during this time, your sentence could be extended, so, be aware and be careful of what you do during this period, if you agree with this you need to sign this letter and send it back to the ministry as soon as possible, you’re going to receive another letter with more details about some bureaucratic requirements you’re going to need to take care of.

Harry finally finished reading the letter and when he saw Daphne’s expression he got worried, he was expecting her to be happy but instead, she was sobbing, so, he ran as fast as he could to hold her in his arms and soon, she couldn’t continue pretending, so, her sobs became more intense.

“Hey…It’s okay Daphne, it’s just a few months I know you can do it, it won’t be so bad, we can go to many places together, it will be like dating even though we won’t be able to show affection to each other we can pretend this will be a practice for the day when you become free finally comes,” Harry tried to comfort her but she quickly shook her head.

“Harry…These tears…These are tears of happiness!” She said and soon, they were staring into each other’s eyes.

She was crying but smiling at the same time and Harry was a little shocked to hear those words but then, that expression quickly changed into a happier one and he couldn’t stop himself from smiling and hugging her, they started to jump as they celebrated, this whole parole audience has been a success and it didn’t take too long for them to share a kiss

What none of them were aware of was that they weren’t alone, Ron, his friend had managed to track Harry using his patronus and now he was in a difficult situation, he knew he couldn’t allow his best friend to continue being Daphne’s guard, he has crossed a line a guard shouldn’t cross.
