Even the media was paid to make him seem like a poor helpless soul with traumas and a life full of hardships even though his father was a famous football player too, so, to say that Corey Matthews had a rough life was an insult to people like him, the thing here is that he’s a good football player which by consequence invalidates any wrongdoings in his life.

As for Elizabeth Matthews, Andy doesn’t know too much about her life, but he knows that his mother watches her programs and when he was growing up he was forced to watch that or go outside to play because there was only one TV, and even if he preferred the second option, he still got a few glimpses of those shows.

They were disgusting, she was defaming celebrities, dirtying their image by simply using rumors as her source, she often presented disgusting stories and disgusting people, like the time she and her co-hosts made a ranking of the most attractive criminals of the decade after a criminal got viral for looking handsome on his mugshot, the woman feed her viewers with nothing but crap, she and her family were disgusting, they apparently looked like the model of what the American family should be.

Andy hated those kinds of people, the ones that have everything they could ask for, and yet, they still try to find shady ways to get what they crave, in this case, the whole family craves attention, and they don’t hesitate to use each other to get that, even Stacy uses her family to get views on her Youtube channel and now she’s being used by her mother to make her tv show more relevant.

The father might look like a role model now that he’s retired and apparently is running some charities, but Andy knows there’s something more behind that man's intentions, he doesn’t believe their act and he’s going to make them pay for the humiliation they put him through.

“Okay…I guess it’s time to investigate more about their lives,” Andy soon got on his computer to try to collect as much information as possible from them.

There were some scandals that he was already aware of, and there were some rumors too but nothing he could use, he tried to find information about their extended family and then he got disappointed because he didn't find something interesting that could help him in his quest of vengeance, they were too perfect in front of the cameras.

“Ah…I give up,” Andy was tired already, this was too boring.

Vengeance is tiring and the fact that today is Sunday doesn’t help his cause.

“I should forget about them and just keep going with my life,” Andy said before sighing.

He truly wanted to destroy that family but they were too powerful, right now he didn’t have the resources to do that.

“They should feel fortunate, they’re safe right now but they’ve made it into my revenge list, sooner or later they’re going to pay,” Andy said angrily as he opened a document filled with the names of many people and soon, he wrote the Matthews family on that list.

Now that he felt his mind more relieved, he was ready to get back to masturbating, or at least that was the plan until he heard someone knocking on his door, this time he wasn’t that foolish, so, he did something on the computer before he grabbed the gun he used to intimidate the older woman but the moment he took a look on the peephole, someone he didn’t expect to see so soon appeared, so, Andy opened the door with an angry expression.

“Corey Matthews…” Andy said with a bitter tone.

The man for some reason looked a little ashamed.

“Uh…You’re Stacy’s friend, right? I know my wife was here a few hours ago and…Well, can we talk?” Asked the older man with a surprisingly calm tone.

There were some rumors about him bullying some of his teammates, but right now all those rumors didn’t make sense, even though this man looked like a military guy because he was very tall, muscular, and had short blonde hair and beardless face, even though he had an intimidating look he wasn’t a threat at all.

“Uh…Sure…Please come on it,” Andy decided to let the man get inside, and he hid the gun behind him.

The moment they arrived at the living room, Andy told the man to sit if he wanted to which he happily accepted but that’s the last interaction they had for a few minutes because ever since then, nothing but silence had been invading the place, this was so uncomfortable, Andy had the biggest football star of the decade in his house, even though he didn’t like football, he knew his life was worth nothing compared to this man’s life, he was untouchable.

“Joan Miró…Right?” Asked the man with a raised brow.

Andy was too shocked to say something but after a few seconds, he shook his face to get back to reality.

“What?” Andy asked with a confused expression.

“The painting…It looks weird but it reminds me of Joan Miró,” the man said as he pointed a paint with weird forms and colors.

Andy quickly saw what he was talking about and calm a little.

“I think so, yes, it looks like it, it was already in the house when I moved here,” Andy tried to justify himself even though he didn’t have to.

“So…I this the mayor’s design, then?” The man tried to be patient but he couldn’t afford to waste any more time.

Andy’s soft smile quickly disappeared and soon, it was replaced with a more disappointed expression, he knew why the man was here, but he wasn’t in the mood to deal with that situation at this time.

“I know everything…My wife told me what happened here and…Well, I came here to personally talk with you and tell you that Stacy has been found, she contacted us a few moments ago, so, you don’t have to worry about her at all…it will be amazing if you stay away from her, though,” the older man now had an angry expression.

Andy couldn’t believe it, he thought this man came here to apologize but instead, he was threatening him just like his wife did, a family of psychos indeed. Andy wasn’t planning on contacting Stacy again, in fact, he already blocked her number, but the Matthews family owed him and he was going to make them pay.

“So…How much are you guys going to pay me after that little incident?” Asked the young man with a serious look.

“What? You were the one at fault for speaking with our daughter…That’s a crime punished by law…My law, you're not going to get anything from me!” The man got on his feet and tried to look intimidating.

Andy didn’t know what to do now, he had the gun, but he actually didn’t want to use it again, and yet, this man seemed so eager for violence, it seemed like his wife hadn’t told him about the gun, still, this was his opportunity to finally get his revenge, it's going to take a while but he was going to get what he wanted.
