“So…Does this mean I can only seduce certain types of older women? Man, that wasn’t the deal!” Andy complained now that he was back in his room and Lucian was back on the beach in Mexico.

“Yeah I forgot to tell you there were some restrictions about the wishes I can grant,” Lucian laughed and the young man sighed defeated. “However, I think you’re being a little too dramatic, if you think about it, the power you got is even better than the way you've imagined it,” Lucian said in a calm tone.

“I don’t see the vision man, I still have to work hard to seduce them, right? And considering they have the free will thing you told me, they can refuse to date me, right?” Andy asked in an exasperated tone.

“Okay, first things first, don’t blame me for the restrictions, I need to do that, or else, the great creator could put an end to my existence, don’t misunderstand me, I like you and I think you’re a cool guy, however, I appreciate my existence thank you so much,” Lucian’s attitude was to be expected considering he loves the suffering of others.

Andy just rolled his eyes, if Lucian was who he thought he was, he was supposed to be the rebel who defied the great creator, but still, he decided to completely listen to what the man had to say.

“Second of all, yes, it’s true that you can’t turn women into mindless drones, that’s not possible because as I said, free will is a great power given by god, he even granted humans the free will to not believe in him, trust me, if he wanted he could turn everyone into mindless drones who can only think about worshipping him,”  Andy now understood much better Lucian’s thought.

Andy can’t consider himself to be completely devoted to god but he believed in him, however, he helped someone he shouldn’t have helped so he thought he wouldn’t be allowed to be in heaven after this anyway, so, he thought he wasn’t under god’s jurisdiction anymore, but turns out he was wrong.

“Andy, tell me one thing…Do you think you’re capable of achieving anything you want in life?” Asked the older man suddenly taking Andy out of his thoughts.

“Not at all man, I was expecting to do it with the power you gave me, but I’m such a loser that even with that I’m sure I’m going to fuck things up,” the young man said sincerely and the strange man nodded.

“You see, there was a time in ancient Greece when philosophers were everywhere…It’s been a long time so my memory could be failing right now, but as far as I remember, there was a philosopher whose name I don’t remember who said that humans could achieve anything they wanted,” Lucian said with a smirk on his face.

“Yeah, I think I heard that too once but I don’t remember who said that…Maybe Aristotle? I think he spoke about human excellence,” Andy had a vague idea about what Lucian was talking about. “What does that have to do with this though?” Andy asked as he scratched his head.

“It’s easy for men to fall for women but the opposite is not true, right?” Asked the older man and the young man was about to argue once again.

But then his eyes widened, he was still young, he was eighteen and he barely had any idea how the world worked and relationships were included in that statement, but then he realized that it wasn’t weird to see his female classmates getting lots of love confessions just to turn those guys down and it wasn’t weird for him and his classmates to be brave and confess their feelings to the girls they liked (which were a lot) just to get completely rejected.

“There’s a motto used when it comes to love, and the most experienced men would agree that when it comes to love and attraction, is better to not push nor force those things, it’s better to let things happen naturally,” the man told Andy and he nodded.

Those were the things he would’ve loved to hear when he was still at school, he always cringes at night as he remembers how pathetic he acted around girls when he was younger.

“What I’m trying to say with those few words is that I strongly believe that all men have the ability to seduce any woman they want, however…Most of them end up forcing and screwing things up, and trust me, a woman can be attracted to you and it could only take a slight wrong movement for her to not find you attractive anymore,” the older man explained before he giggled.

The young man was learning lots of things and now he was realizing why he always got rejected even though he wasn’t a bad person and not bad looking, or at least he tried to believe he wasn't all those things, knowing if you’re attractive and a good person depends on who you ask.

“When a woman likes someone, she’s going to be sure to let that person know either with hints of being completely direct with that other person…You can’t force a woman to be attracted to you, however, you need to remember that even though most women are waiting for Mr. Right, the one who’s going to fulfill all the requirements they’re searching for in a man, the reality is that a lot of women decide to settle down in the end after having so many unrealistic standards,” Lucian’s words gave Andy a bit of hope.

This conversation was making Andy realize a few things, he had a very screwed-up view of the world but thanks to Lucian he was seeing some light in the tunnel of mess he called his life.

“If you feel attracted to a woman, and if you stare directly into her eyes, the power is going to scan to find the characteristics a woman wants her Mr. Right to have, and the power I gave you increases those characteristics you have buried deep inside of you except your appearance of course, but don’t worry about that, most women don't care about appearance as long as you're interesting and you’re above average looking anyway, so you’re fine with that,” Lucian tried to calm the young man whom he knew had lots of questions right now.

“So…This means that I can attract any older woman I want by turning myself into their ideal guy and not by controlling their minds?” Asked Andy with a serious tone.

“Yes, more or less things are like that, you need to be attracted to her too, so, be careful of who you find attractive, you wouldn’t want to fall in love with the wrong person, right? Imagine seducing the wife of a dangerous man…That’s not going to end up well for you,” Lucian told Andy.

The older man expected the young entitled man to be disappointed after this conversation, however, he suddenly cheered up happily.

“That’s even better than I thought this power would be…They still have the power to break ties with me, right?” Asked the young man and Lucian was a little taken aback by his question.

“Yes, yes they can, for example, I can tell that your neighbor will not want to continue having sex with you because she doesn’t want to destroy her marriage but there’s no doubt she’ll find you attractive for a long time and she’s going to think of you when she has sex with her husband,” the older man said with a confident tone.

“Great…You’re right Lucian, there’s nothing fun in having mindless drones serve you, I'm not only searching for money, I want to get genuine love too, I want to have fun also but I want to get all those things and also, I want to benefit myself at the same time and I’m sure with the power you gave me I'll be able to reach my real potential so I could achieve my dreams,” the young man said with a confident tone. “Thank you so much for this man,” Andy couldn’t be more thankful even if he wanted to.

He was feeling like a jerk right now because he thought Lucian deceived him but turns out that the power he gave him was even better. To be honest, the last thing he wanted was to ruin an innocent woman's life.

“You’re welcome and don’t worry about cheating your way in life, a lot of people make deals with me every day to achieve their dreams, and let’s be honest, you could be able to seduce any woman you wanted but I’m sure you don’t have the time and the patience to work on yourself to get to that point, so, enjoy the gift I gave you my friend,” the older man said with a wicked smirk.

Andy was too happy right now to think about the consequences of this decision (if there were any), on the other hand, many ideas were racing into his head, but he couldn’t wait to make use of his powers once he controlled them better.
