Summary: After attending a call from an old lady complaining about the noise five black men were making outside her home, Uraraka promises the guys something in exchange for stopping bothering the annoying hag.

Chapter #1: Uraraka’s first case.

“Officer Uraraka…Officer Uraraka…Officer Uraraka!” An old man said to a woman dressed in tight police clothes.

The woman was resting on a desk, she seemed unmotivated and lost but the sound of the old man made her get back to her senses.

“Chief…I swear I was working not falling asleep!” The brown-haired woman said as she suddenly started to pretend she was typing in her computer but what she was writing didn’t make any sense.

“It’s been a slow day but that’s over, there has been an emergency call and I need you to solve this,” the older chief said with a serious expression.

“Are you sure chief? I mean, it’s been so long since I've joined your department that I thought I could never get to that level!” Uraraka couldn’t believe it.

This was the first time she was going to get some real-life experience instead of sitting on the desk writing reports about very boring situations, for example, the lost stapler that was actually under her desk, it seems like that stapler was very important for the department.

But Uraraka was already expecting things to be like that, after all, this zone isn’t usual when it comes to crime rate, it's a very peaceful zone, after finishing the police academy less than three months ago, Uraraka was assigned to this place, and she was ready to get some real action and with that, some good pay.

But ever since she joined, she has been doing nothing but boring desk stuff like making calls, attending denounces, serving her seniors in whatever ridiculous thing they could ask her to do, and so many other things she never thought she would do as a police officer, however, right now she was seeing a light at the end of the tunnel of desperation she was currently trapped in.

She was young, inexperienced, and with a lot of dreams in her head, coming from a poor family, Uraraka wanted nothing but to get promoted as soon as possible so she could get better pay in order to help her family, but that’s never going to happen if they don’t let her work in better cases, however, the chief has surprised the young woman with some amazing news.

“Yeah, I know it's risky but I thought it would be a good experience for you, after all, I feel like you’re going to get some street work soon, so, it's better for you to get used to it…Unless you don’t want it of course, if that's the case you should be honest and tell me that so I should get someone better, someone more suited for a call like this,” the chief couldn’t even finish because Uraraka stopped him.

“No, please! I’ll do it, I’ll do anything just to get some real experience!” Uraraka said with a desperate tone but then she felt embarrassed after realizing the way she acted.

“Okay, then get ready and take one car with you,” the chief handed her the keys to one of the oldest police cars they have but Uraraka didn't care too much about that, this was an amazing opportunity for her. “Wait…Am I going alone chief?” Asked the young woman with a raised brow, that was a lot of responsibility just for her first case.

“Yeah, you won’t face any trouble, and you're not going that far, I’m sure you’ll resolve this easily considering you’re such a good person,” the chief told her with a smile and she couldn’t help but smile too, she loved being praised.

“What should I do then chief? What’s the call all about?” Uraraka asked already feeling excited for this.

“Mrs. Smith called again, it seems like those black guys who like to annoy her while they're outside her home are making a lot of noise once again, or at least that’s what she says,” the chief said before sighing.

Uraraka’s expression suddenly gloomed, she thought this was going to be easy, but she knew it wasn't going to be like that so, she couldn’t help but sigh, they get a call from Mrs. Smith at least twice a week, she’s a woman in her sixties who’s always complaining about what other people are doing, apparently she thinks almost is everyone is trying to send her to the grave, however, the strange thing is that the people she usually complains about are never white.

The first time Uraraka saw her, she came to personally denounce something, and when Uraraka tried to attend to her report she complained that she was looking for a different officer, someone with more light-colored skin.

The other day she made a fuss in the local restaurant about a Mexican family getting their order before her even though they arrived first. On another occasion, she called the police because she thought a man of Indian origin gave her a bad look on the street.

But the most consistent one is this case, those five guys reunite at least once per week to bother that old lady, Uraraka has never seen them personally but considering what she knows about their relationship with the hag, she concludes that they’re holding a grudge against her because she was the one who called the police on them just because they were having fun with one of their friends who lives in front of her home.

The officers, of course, saw through her bullshit, she told them they were selling drugs outside her home, and even though none of them ended up getting arrested and the police just asked them to retire politely, they haven’t forgiven her as they do the same thing every week and the police routine is the same, it seems like they don’t care they’re wasting their time, they just want to make that woman feel as angry as possible and Uraraka feels conflicted about this situation, however, a call is a call, maybe she could try to talk with the guys so they could finally leave that old racist lady alone.

“I know that look but don’t worry…It’s just a routine, just tell the guys the usual and they’ll leave without trouble…Sometimes people have too much free time in this area,” the chief said before leaving.

And he was right, Uraraka managed to land a post in a wealthy area of the city, you rarely hear about violent crimes here, they happen from time to time that's true but it’s not a usual thing, she sometimes thinks the police department where she works exist for nothing but to be the bodyguards of the high class of the area, still, even thought she’s a little nervous because this is going to have her first experience with the power to arrest someone, Uraraka can’t wait to finally put in use all the abilities she acquired in the academy.

So, she took a car like the chief and after driving for some blocks, she arrived at the place where the call was made, and here they were, five black guys with different body types, and heights, but the thing they shared was that all of them were bald, and when she stepped out of the car, they started to whistle at her, she couldn’t help but blush but she was ready for situations like this.

“Hey boys, Officer Uraraka here…Busy day, uh?” Asked Uraraka trying to not sound as nervous as possible.

“Yes…We’re doing god’s work here officer, if you’re here that means that the old lady is still alive, if it weren’t for us no one would care about her current status,” the tallest one told her, he looked to be in his mid-forties.

“And you are?” Asked the brown-haired woman with a raised brow and a soft smile on her face.

“I’m Shawn,” said the tallest one, he had very noticeable big muscles.

“I’m Jerome,” a shorter one with a big belly said he looked to be in his forties.

“Michael here ma’am,” said the youngest one, he was skinny but he didn’t look like a bad person.

“I’m Dillion officer,” this one had muscles too but he had an average height and he only looked to be a few years older than Uraraka.

“And the last and the best one of the group is me, Sean, pleased to meet you, ma’am,” he was fat and tall and looked to be in his thirties.

“And we are the OG-units!” Shawn said with a tough expression that made Uraraka raise her brow. “Just kidding officer!” He then started to laugh alongside his buddies.

“Guys…You clearly know why I’m here because this happens at least once per week…For how long you guys are planning to continue acting like this?” Uraraka asked with a soft smile on her face.

“Well, if that makes someone as pretty as you to see us, then we’ll have to do it more often ma’am,” Jerome said and Uraraka remained in the same state.

She was young and she may look fragile, but she was ready for worse situations than this, she was mentally trained for violent situations, so, hearing those guys' compliments about her, she couldn’t help but sigh as she looked at them.

However, Uraraka could simply order them to leave the place and this would get solved until next week or the next time they try to do this once again, but that’s not the true justice Uraraka is trying to get, no, she wants to solve problems least violently, and she’s going to try to put a stop of this for once.

“Guys…I know that the person who called isn’t the best human being, trust me, even me, a humble police officer like myself been a victim of her…Cruel words,” Uraraka said with a calm expression, and the guys were surprised to hear those words.

They knew the old hag was racist as fuck and she was a complete imbecile but going as far as to do the same thing to a police officer, they didn’t know if they should think of her as stupid or as brave, not even the toughest people they know would dare to do something like that against a police officer.

“But we aren’t doing anything bad officer, the streets are for everyone, this is America where everyone’s free!” Michael told her and she smiled at him which caused him to blush.

“That’s true Michael but…You need to think about other people too, I’m sure that you guys are good citizens and you might want to get back at the old lady living here after what she did to you guys but…Have you considered the other neighbors’ feelings? I’m sure they haven’t done anything to you, right?” Asked Uraraka with a smile on her face.

Those words made them think about their situation, they had indeed been doing nothing but smoking tobacco, laughing, and speaking loud in this place where their objective lives but thinking deeply about the situation, they now felt a little guilty for making the other innocents be part of this, suddenly Shawn spoke with his buddies and it seems like they concluded something.

“You know what officer? We’re going to stop doing this, but…Could you do a favor to us?” Asked Shawn with a raised brow.

Uraraka was surprised to hear those words, it seemed like her speech positively affected the group of guys, after all, she couldn’t help but feel happy,

“Sure…Just tell me what you guys want and I’ll try to make it possible!” Uraraka said with a cheerful expression.

“Well, we’re throwing a party tonight and we need to make sure everything goes well, you know? So, we would be happy if we had a beautiful police officer like you there,” Shawn said with a charming tone that made Uraraka blush for some reason.

She had zero idea why she was feeling like that, but of all the things she expected them to ask in exchange, that was the last one she thought they would ask.
