I got made to watch Pan's Labyrinth about a year after it came out in my film and television class. I could not thank that teacher enough. Also if you haven't watched the Cantonese trilogy Infernal Affairs I'd highly recommend it. Scorsese basically remade it for American audiences with the Departed but I honestly think the original film is better, which is saying a lot given The Departed is also fantastic.

Just so you know out of the 100 of movies they’ve done, 13 of them were anime movies. And the dc animated movies have been losing polls for like 6 months until recently. Complaining they do comic book movies is silly considering that’s one of the main things they cover on the channel.
