I think she will live, but I also would not be shocked if they did kill her. I hope they don't, she is by far my favorite Lois Lane, and I feel like if they killed her off they couldn't continue the show for much longer. A huge part of this show and its success is the family aspect, and without her they would either have to really steer into that (how Clark is coping, how superman is coping, the boys, etc) or really steer away from that and make it more superhero based and less family oriented. This show has done a great job of balancing both, I don't think the show would survive if they did one over the other.

2023-04-02 23:29:38 +0000 UTCI think she will live! The ending with Bruno made it seem like they will take more subjects other then prisoners and someone important to the story. If they take Lois because she is snooping around too much and give her superman blood it might just cure her as she may be a better recipient to the blood. Although i dont believe she will have lasting powers.

This show does not shy away from tackling real world issues, Lois having cancer is one of them. I would be shocked if they did that but at the same time not surprised. But I am hoping for a positive outcome

(Now i know you guys don't like to hear about the business side of the show to protect from spoilers but this might be the only current "CW" show that will continue. James Gunn has said due to strong viewership and for just being a great show, they might greenlight a season 4-5).
