Oh, he's definitely lying, if for no other reason than what he tells Jen is incredibly self-serving, to the point of being a lie or delusion. He wasn't forced to take the Super-Soldier serum. And he only became the "bad-guy" after he physically coerced Dr. Sterns into giving him the Hulk serum, which Sterns told him could react in a negative fashion to the Super-Soldier serum. Being informed of the risk of your actions and preceding to do them anyway isn't a strong defence, it's textbook criminal negligence. To frame it another way; Blonsky caused a 10 car pile-up while driving after drinking a gallon of vodka. His defence, essentially, is he's a good guy and the bartender is to blame because they just kept giving him drinks. Him and his defence are full of shit.

I think it's a bit of both. I think he's definitely lying about his "soulmates" and it's likely the other members of the Thunderbolts he's talking about. But I do think he thinks he's reformed

Reece Hart

I definitely think he’s lying, the seven other inmates that’s gonna buy him a house when he gets out is wayyyy too suspicious.

Stormageddon Thomason

I feel that it's a half-truth, that he wants to move on with his life but that he's going to be doing something illegal.

Crystal Squirrel

I think he is reformed in the sense that he isn't going to go after the Hulk and think he is a menace. Though I definitely think he is lying about how he won't transform anymore, I think he still sees himself somehow like the abomination and doesn't think he is bad, but could easily still cause trouble

Dhurt

I think every episode will have a focus on one side character: Bruce, Emil, Wong, Daredevil...

Alex the Patron

Probably kinda inbetween. So, he's 'reformed' in the sense he isn't looking to go out and destroy everything but not in that he's how we a consider a full 'hero' or in relation to Bruce. I think he still wants to prove he's stronger.

Adam Burt

I think he is reformed in the sense that he made peace with Abomination and wouldn’t cause another Harlem incident, but not in the sense that he wouldn’t keep doing the underground fights and illegal stuff. Ps: I’ll settle the debate: you were all wrong! It’s a Brazilian name not Italian and the C is pronounced as a K, so it sounds very similar to Kyle (Kahyou). It is a tricky pronunciation, honestly I’m surprised Eric didn’t just think “screw it” and skipped the name after seeing it😂💛

Caio Cardoso

I love Tim Roth, and he's playing Blonsky great. You feel bad for him, but I think its an act, bc he is also Abomination and I think that character has a bigger future. Plus, I'm curious who his 7 pen pals are, and if it could be a potential Thunderbolts set up.... Maybe???

I will say that he is reformed, but doesn't have as much full control as he claims, and Abomination is the one that is not reformed.
