Well since my brother's writing a semi-original story set in an alternate timeline in the Arrowverse on Archive of our Own, it's kind of his job to make sense of everything that happened and use it in different ways. But he's told me on a few occasions now that this season has been a tricky thing to navigate, and has had difficulty wrapping his head around much of what has happened.

I understand it... I think a lot of it was kind of dumb, but I do understand it. Other than whatever the fuck Katy and Chill Blaine are doing, that shit's just bizarre.

Yes. I understand only as good as the show explained it. I only had one big question and that was Iris. I assume they are just writing Iris's season 7 time sickness as like maybe a expansion from a point in time. Like she officially, in the timeline, gets the sickness after Armageddon. But it can affect her in season 7 cause, well time I guess.

I am a Legends of Tomorrow fan if I can make sense of what happened in that show I can understand what happened this season in the Flash. Explaining it in a short, logical and concise way though I stand no hope of doing.

Do I understand it? Yes Is it a good explanation in any form? No Will I just accept it because it far exceeds the previous couple seasons and anything that is good in any capacity will now satisfy me? Yes

Still a no, and I still don't need to. This finale was really good, exceeded my expectations by far. There's some obvious highs and lows, but they still got to where they needed to be, and that's good enough for me. Intrigued to see what season 9 will bring us.
