i would love to see the twist of a forced teamup of homelander and the boys against soldier boy (after soldier boy took homelanders power --> now he either needs temporary v or will take another dosis and it will kind fuck him up

I feel we have a My Hero situation here. Where you have V to give powers, we now have blood or a formula to use to remove powers. So you get a dose to hit Homelander with and kill him while he's mortal.

I think it’s temporary but will give enough time to kill a supe before their powers return.

What if it's just that damage dealt by his ability/weapon can't be healed by a supe's regeneration? In other words, it doesn't remove anyone's powers. It's just that his bite is worse than his bark. Would still work to take down Homelander, either way.

I'd say it's like the de-powering serum in X-Men 3: The Last Stand. Magneto seems de-powered until the very last shot, where he's shown to be slowly regaining use of his abilities. So I imagine Kimiko will be powerless, struggle to cope with recovering like a normal human, but after she's healed will enjoy living a power-free life. Maybe without her powers she'll find her voice? But yeah, final couple of episodes I could see Kimiko either regaining her powers or shooting up some V in order to save Frenchie from A) another Supe, B) Little Nina after she finds Cherie and Frenchie tries to save her, or C) the blowback from Hughie and Butcher juicing on Temp V. She'll decide her normality and freedom from the "curse of powers" doesn't compare to her care for Frenchie, and either regain them like Peter Parker in Spider-Man 2 when she *needs* them, or she'll manually shoot up to restore them. Also if you guys read this, Supersonic's unique power was the ability to create Sonic Claps like the Hulk.

Every episode so far has had Kimiko complain about her powers. She is going to lose her powers and realize that the grass is not greener on the other side. A mute powerless girl is not going to have many opportunities.

I've not read the comics so I may be well off base but I think that Kimiko will lose her powers here permanently but live and be happy about it. Since it was set up when she "spoke" to Ryan that she hates her powers and wished she never got them. But near the end of the season, she will take temp V to get them back in order to save Frenchie. And when the V wears off she will die due to all the damage she took while saving him. At least that is how I would write her character arc and death. Either Frenchie or Kimiko has to die this season or they both leave to live in peace since they have been building them up to leave a lot this season. But I doubt they will both get a happy ending together.

They’ve talked about Kimiko not liking her powers since the first episode of this season so maybe this will Segway into a story of her not having powers if she heals hopefully
