Also, if you’re looking for something new to watch, there’s a docu on Amazon (has to be rented, but it’s worth the 3 bucks) about a monk named Father Thomas Keating called, ‘A Rising Tide of Silence.’ Non-dual Christianity at its finest, aka ‘Only Love is Here.’ He passed away only recently in 2018, and his books, YouTube talks, and Audibles are absolutely worth your time.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the amazing birthday messages, yesterday! It was a wholly Go(o)d day - spent in the presence of God at a temple that had a lovely garden (and butterflies, and cardinals, and jasmine flowers!!!), and then back home with my family and an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen, 'cause the chocolate crunchies in the middle are life.
