I know, SOL is my favorite genre of anime. But as someone that's followed Blind Wave for over 5 years, they usually get awkward and stop talking when something cute happens in anime, with Eric and Rick being a slight exception. I can assure you Spy x Family wouldn't be their type of anime.

"Adult married men" is basically a non sequitur. It has no relevance whatsoever. Half of the shows on the channel have a target demographic for teenagers and young adults. They might not like the show but that is not because they are married adult men.

lol so many things to say about this comment. First off the peak irony of making such an comment in a post that features Naruto is hilarious. They all loved shows like Clone Wars, Avatar, Teen Titans, etc that are way more of a kid show. The whole point is moot because I wouldn't call it a cutesy slice of life anyways and even if I agreed that conversation is pointless because we know Rick loved Fruits Basket. It's a fantastic show and one of the fastest selling manga of all time done by 2 of the best studios in anime.

Spy x Family is a good anime, but its not the kind of show for them. Not trying to sound like I'm judging anyone but they're grown adult married men, they're not really into cutesy slice of life type anime.

@erich And if they could watch more and different genre's of anime maybe the odds become better and better that seasonal shows get picked up as a live show. For example Spy x Family has been a no brainer for a lot of channels that regularly watch Anime, but will probably need to win a poll for BW. Chainsaw Man is going to be massive too and should go on their schedule like anything Marvel does, but I have my doubts there too. Funnily enough outside of Rick they are all sort of the journey I think a lot of people go through when they start watching Anime

At this point, it's on them, people have been talking about the pacing problems forever and they still refuse to do at least 2 a week (which is their choice). So now they'll have to sit back and suffer through the extra long scenes where nothing happens, flashbacks they've seen hella times and recap episodes for the next few years. lol can't wait

I used to want them to react to One Piece and Bleach too, but not anymore. They need to stick to just doing the 50eps or less animes.... (So glad RTTV and Normies do multiple episode drops). Gives me time to watch Blindwave vids in bulk

I agree with the 2 eps things. I'm not fan of Naruto and don't watch their reactions so it would be nice if they did 2 eps a week just so they could clear up the slot a little sooner. But it's their site and their schedule so it's up to them.

They will NEVER do two episodes, which is why people should take that into account when voting comes around. You are essentially blocking a full slot for 5 years with some of these shows. Where you could watch 3 or 4 shows in that same amount of time that could be just as good.
